Addressing the causes of sinusitis
Bacteria and sinusitis go right? Well, at least that is what most doctors and the medical system Conventional wants you to believe are the most common causes of sinusitis. With over 35 million people suffer from sinusitis and an estimated one billion medical visits attributed to him, the antibiotics industry makes a fortune alone in his prescriptions for sinusitis. But the startling truth is that bacterial pathogens can only be documented in the cause of 15% of cases of sinusitis. So what are the other causes of sinusitis?

These are classified as delayed hypersensitivity reactions, which means after exposure to the allergen causing your symptoms do not appear for 24-48 hours. This makes it difficult to detect and often confused many conventional doctors. The interesting thing is that most food allergens are IgG, dairy products are at the top of the list. There are some IgG allergy testing, but research still ongoing and evidence may be inaccurate depending on the laboratory. I suggest trying to eliminate dairy for a few weeks to see if you notice any symptom relief. If not, visit a doctor who can at least check to see if you are a victim of breast IgG.
Finally are the virus, medically termed respiratory tract higher viral infections. We've all experienced this, a cold that makes our nose to run, mild congestion and perhaps a slight fever. This may predispose nostrils to the sinus. All that takes is an extra mild irritation such as exposure to an irritant or in some cases, decongestants. The best thing you can do virus if you have sinusitis, taking immune boosting herbs like echinacea, elderberry and vitamin C. Of course, the studies say the best way to avoid infections virus is to wash your hands.
